Ruiming received her PhD in Neuroscience from Center for Excellence in Brain Science and intelligence technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. During PhD, she studied the function of interneurons in auditory perception, using in vivo two- photon calcium imaging, mouse auditory perception behavior, optogenetics, chemogenetics and so forth. As a postdoc in Bian lab, she focuses on the mechanisms how adolescent sleep modulate the social related circuit development.
